I had an excellent experience with 10-4 Towing of Oceanside. I unfortunately broke down on the I-5 Freeway near Carlsbad and Oceanside, California while driving at 70 miles per hour. My Toyota Land Cruiser lost all power, but I was lucky enough to be able to coast across four lanes of traffic and make it halfway down the exit ramp near Tamarack Street in Carlsbad. I was stressed out and anxious, but when I called 10-4 Towing, Joyce was incredibly understanding and helped calm me down. She quickly found out my location and dispatched a tow truck to assist me. The team at 10-4 Towing was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly where to take my vehicle to get it back on the road. Despite having a large vehicle like a Toyota Land Cruiser, they had it up on the tow truck and on its way within minutes. I was able to get a ride from my son, and the driver was kind enough to take my vehicle to the best auto shop in the area. Throughout the process, 10-4 Towing kept me informed about what was happening with my vehicle before passing me off to the service department at the auto shop. I can confidently say that 10-4 Towing provides top-notch service in every way. Their customer service is outstanding, their knowledge is impressive, and they work at a great pace. I would highly recommend 10-4 Towing to anyone experiencing vehicle issues and in need of a tow. They are truly the best in the towing business in Southern California. When my car broke down on the way to my daughter 's school play I panicked. I called 10-4 towing of Oceanside and was so excited to hear that they would be there in 4 to 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I called them back and they restated to me that the driver had been contacted and he would be there in 4 to 5 minutes. I waited 15 more minutes and panicked and called them back a third time. At this point they said he would be there in 15 to 30 minutes. I don't appreciate being lied to. I told them to cancel the tow and they told me they would charge me $49 for the inconvenience. Call someone else for a tow and save yourself an hour of stress and frustration.
