Fantastic service! I had my oil changed and the front brake discs and pads replaced at. The team was efficient, professional, and Kevin was very friendly. The work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service.

This is the absolute worst shop I've ever been to. They told me drop off my car in the morning so they could get a diagnosis on it which would only take a few hours. The next morning I was there before they opened so I'd be one of the first to get helped. I waited all day and they were ignoring my calls. I finally showed up before they closed to see what was going on and they came up with an excuse as to why they hadn't looked at it yet but when I got there they finally checked it out which took 15 minutes. A few days later I dropped my car off to them again to get the repair and they told me it would take 2-3 days to fix the AC. Not sure why it would take that long but I was patient with them. After 3 days of not hearing from them I called to get an update and they again were ignoring my calls. I called the next day and again they were ignoring my calls. I finally called from a number they didn't recognize and wouldn't you know, they answered my call. They came us with an excuse as to why it wasn't finished and why they hadn't given me an update on my car that was in their possession. Finally after close to a week they called me to tell me my ac was fixed. I have been having all sorts of weird problems with my car ever since I got it back from them that I hadn't had previously. This shop will lie to you, intentionally hold your car to make your life more difficult, ignore you when your car is in their possession and damage it even further. Please do not go to this shop from hell.

This has to be one of the worst businesses in Corona. I didn't complain when they upsaled me three times or when they let a child work on my truck. I even stayed solution oriented when they admitted that they failed to provide the service I paid for. But when they put junkyard parts on my truck (at no cost) and then told me that it's not their fault, that's where I had enough. 10/13/2023- Well after the BAR rep visited 10° Automotive Repair the owner offered to refund me 50% of the labor cost if I would agree to delete my review. I declined because I value my vehicle and I place my life and my loved ones in the hands of honest mechanics and us customers get taken advantage of quite frequently by unscrupulous business and us consumers have to support each other to either keep these shops honest or put them out of business. They know we rely on what they recommend and this shop takes advantage of that. If you do business with them good luck.

I came across Ricardo & his shop on google a few years back & ever since then I’ve referred him to my mom on her car needs. He’s also willing to work with you on payments. If you have to like make payments on any repairs done with your car although I know he charges like an arm and a leg but I get it he hast to stay in business seminar auto mechanics to be a lot worse some prices. I have nothing to say but good things about Ricardo. He’s always super honest & gets to the root of the issue with my car. I definitely got blessed finding such a good mechanic no many of those are out there & you can’t trust them. Thanks Ricardo & your team.

Thank you 10 degrees auto for replacing my brakes. Also, thank you for fixing my door locks. If you need any car repairs, bring it to them. Very knowledgeable & Great customer service. I will definitely be back when repairs are needed on my vehicle. Hopefully, not too soon though. 😅.
