We needed a couple trailers looked over at an off site location in Jackson MI. I usually search reviews before hand and felt comfortable calling 145. We are out of state, so I gave detailed information, verified payments accepted and followed-up with a detailed e-mail on what was needed. They sent a mechanic out ASAP, one was able to get going with a driver the second one needed to go to the shop. after about a week the trailer had not been moved to the shop yet and I called another local transport company to move it. after about 4 days in the shop it was ready to go. Rob is a busy guy but happy with the fair pricing for services provided. Everyone I spoke with when calling in was pleasant.

The company show that they open on Sundays but its not true. I was here and asked for truck repair service but no body was in repair shop. After many attempts of calling they pickedup call and said they don't work on sunday.. So if u expect Truck repair service on sunday. U will be disappointed. But Gas station open .

Not qualified staff. I asked to change AC compressor, but mechanic said that the fault was AC controller switch. They didn’t fixed it, but they took the money. I changed AC compressor in another shop and AC is working.

We had been on a month long trip in our class A Motorhome, and during our last week traveling from Mackinaw City Michigan to Irish Hills Michigan we started having transmission issues. We called them, they said bring it in next morning. They spent all day going thru it diagnosing it and came to the conclusion we needed a new one. We were able to drive to a campground 3 miles from there and stay in it while waiting for the new one. When it came in, they got us in right away and got it done same day!! We finally got to go home to TN! So far it's running perfectly. We very highly recommend them. Great customer service! Tom and Barb Reau
