When you enter, you are immediately greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. They take the time to listen to all of your questions and concerns. They offer multiple solutions and even take the initiative to show you the source of the problem. Interestingly, their prices are more competitive than those of the local dealership service department. Our cars were repaired on the same day at a reasonable cost and now they are running smoothly. We will never take our cars to any other establishment!

They do great work. Been going to them for years. The team at First Choice seem to have the ability to resolve my issues. taken my vehicle to the dealer a vew times and the issue didn't get resolve. I took it to First choice and they were able to resolve the on going issue with my vehicle. they sent me their evaluation and followed it up with a call. They were professional the whole time and got the work done quickly. Its amazing how the work gets done when you send your vehicle to the right team.

Fabolous service. I had a intermittent squeak which came from the front end when I engaged drive. Problem was, it was intermittent and had been there for years. I had been to other facilities and no one could recreate the noise or isolate the potential problem. 1st Choice did. It was an internal transmission problem and they gave me great advice and recommendations on how to proceed. Five stars. Great service, very personable and professional.

I have been going here since 2019, they have taken care of my 2 European car's regular maintenance & wear and tear repairs. Reasonable & significantly lower cost than bringing my car to the dealership. The business owners, John & Poon are both meticulous, diligent & hardworking people as well as the staff. You can see this in the service & satisfaction they provide with each visit, no upsell, guaranteed work & honest transaction 👍👍👍

Just incredible. John and his team are wonderful. Their work is quality, their communication is phenomenal, they are honest and work with integrity, they back their work and we will never go anywhere else. My 2016 Nissan was well taken care of and in need of much TLC when I brought it in. He gave me a specific breakdown of what repairs were needed in a very timely manner in order of most to least urgent and we made a plan for repairs now and at our next oil change and it was a huge relief. He broke things down and gave me the exact amount for each repair and not a lot of places offer that kind of transparency. The car is running great and my husband and I couldn’t be more grateful.
