I paid them to get a part , it's been 4 days now getting told different things try give them a chance and been waiting for them to show , he said he be here at 9am it is now 11:14 and he dosent answer my text or calls. Going report them and file a claim if i don't get a refund or the part , stay away from this mechanic.

Went through this company for a full engine overhaul repair and have paid them in total for parts and labor $17,700. They had my truck since July 31st 2022 told me it would take 11 days to fix and returned my truck November 11th. The truck broke down 4 days later after less than 200 miles. I have the truck towed back to the shop they keep it for 3 days say it’s fixed and it breaks down the very next day. I’ve paid $3,000 just in tow fees since getting my truck back, and now they have blocked me. Stay far away from Omar and this shop!! Save yourself time and money and go through a verified shop. Now I have a broken truck and I am out over 20k since dealing with this company. Scam company! Update: Since this review Omar has towed the truck back to his shop, will update when returned fixed and repaired.

I do not recommend d this business. Promised to work on the truck that evening if we came down. Then stood us up. We could have swpped the driver to another truck, but we were assured that the truck could be repaired that night and they had the part. Mechanic showed up in the morning and had to "order the part" then charged us extra money to diagnose despite being rols what was wrong. We lost thousands because they lied about the inevitable frame to fix it and then wer overcharged for repairs. Would not recommend

It seems this company has somehow gotten my review removed. TERRIBLE company. LAST CHOICE TRUCK REPAIR. I paid around 20k all in all to this company, truck has never been fixed. Stay far away!!!!!!!
