1st Class Automotive

My SUV is approaching 220k miles and I love it so much and want to keep it as long as I can. Now that we have 1st Class Automotive in town, I feel confident that I can. Matt and Kelly and the whole crew are great! They’ve worked on mine, my husband’s, my mom’s, and my stepson’s vehicles and we couldn’t be more pleased with the fast and thorough work they do. They are truly a blessing. Thank you!

So I wanna start by saying I am always super nervous of other people with my truck. The work that 1st class automotive did was as follows . Replacement of 2 tires and balanced as well as a front end alignment. I am always sceptical of new shops my first time being to them. That worry was squashed about 5 minutes in. The woman and man who worked on my truck today were very polite and kind. They took their time doing the work, as it should be. They were chatty with me which I enjoyed. But what made me the most happy was as the customer, the knowledge they had and the care they took for my vehicle. They made sure to be careful with the rims when mounting tires. And took their time to make sure they were properly balanced. They then proceeded to start on my front end alignment. I can't stress enough that when a shop gets something done a little too quickly I feel as if they rushed through it just to get me out. 1st class automotive did not do that in any way. The man doing my alignment took his time and made sure everything was where it should be and as a customer that's how it should be. I'd rather have a shop take their time and make sure it's right than rush through it and miss something. 1st class automotive made it feel like I had friends working on my truck rather than strangers. And that experience can't be bought. But it can be earned, and they earned it from me with ease. I'm happy this shop is here local in town and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I feel they may be one of the very few "mom and pop shops" left in this area who can really work on older vehicles and have the capability to work on new vehicles as well. I will without a doubt be coming back for anything else that I can't do myself. This is a place that will do the work right. And you can't rush good work! Was dealing with some front end shake and I misdiagnosed it as something I would be expecting to pay a lot more for. Turns out it was something else and the guys working on my car took incredible care of my car and me. Gave me advice on future services I might need and they seem very honest and genuine. Thank you so much for helping me out!

I've been there 3 times so far in the last couple years. They managed to find this awful clunking sound in my dashboard, fixed and now I have heat! Great job on them. They also replaced my tires and did an alignment. My 20 yr old car drives like a dream.
