Had a large tree limb fall onto my car late last December. After insurance totaled it, they were able to fix and inspect the car at a very good price and relatively quickly. I am very grateful for their work.

Amazing experience! I would recommend to anyone, I’m so happy with the customer experience, the way my car turned out, the care they took to my repairs and finding the additional needs that weren’t immediately visible but would’ve been once I got my car back. They took care of small details like helping with getting me to the car rental facility down the road so I didn’t have to coordinate with my husband to take me there and working with the insurance company directly to fix the additional repairs. They also updated me on the progress so I wasn’t in the dark on what was happening to my car. My biggest concern was the paint matching my existing paint and the under tones wouldn’t match the natural undertones. I’m happy to say it looks fantastic. I know this is a longer review but if you have chips or scratches so deep it looks like there’s a dent this facility can 100% make it look new. They were in my opinion very affordable and the additional work I requested (rock dings being filled and painted) was undoubtedly a great value. I’ll be back to fix a scratch I caused by skimming the garage door on my car awhile back that I’ve bandaid fixed with a manufacturer paint pen. So whether you’re going out of pocket or through insurance choose NAPA Global and in my opinion specifically this location but I think they have a couple and I’m sure they’re all great! They’re a tight knit and one I would trust to go to again and so glad I found them after receiving a postcard! Finally wrapping up but in case you’re not convinced yet to come here, I was originally going to go to a shop down the road from me that my husband went to for his car and wasn’t loving the lack of care the other shop was giving me so I pulled out from using them and went to this shop. The reviews don’t lie, this shop is incredible and it’s okay to pull out using a different shop to come here to make sure your car is fixed by the best hands!

I have used this location several times and Natasha & the crew always do me right. They are friendly, courteous, keep me updated throughout the process They worked well with my insurance and always have my Truck (2019 Chevy Suburban) looking brand new. I have dealt with them 3 times so far in 2024 and I have no complaints at all.

Hello I got my sonata back from these guys tonight and they did a fantastic job . Excellent customer service they detail your car when they finish. Amazing work I highly recommend they save your deductible work with you even while dealing with insurance companies. Overall great experience I would go back for any future work.

Fixed my truck, they helped with my deductible, helped with a rental while they fixed it. Got it back runs great, their parts come with a warranty, worked with my insurance. Natasha was awesome with communication.
