24 Hr Towing Oceanside

This tow company towed my car last week from my complex even though I have a parking permit sticker. Today when I called because someone without a permit or sticker is parked in my Spot the dude over the phone hung up and said we don't service that place. Then why was my car towed last week? Makes no sense. Super unprofessional as well:)

So we spent about an hour and a half doing our best to get our buddies car out of his garage in Vista, but to no avail, it didn't work. 24 hr towing Oceanside was the only one that answered the phone and said they had multiple trucks out and would swing by to help tow the car out and get it on their truck so we could get it over to our other friends house in Carlsbad to his garage so we could work on the engine.. Thanks again guys! Life savers..

Great oceanside towing service! My car was broken down at 2:00 AM, and I was nearly blown away at the respect and patience of the lady I was on the phone with. I was stressed and frustrated and she kept her cool with me! She gave me an awesome quote and a truck showed up really quickly. They towed my car to my house and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Home safe and sound and got my car back on the road!

Bad customer service, I was hung up on because I was trying to find an address for pick up on a military base ( there are no addresses just building numbers ) she became impatient and hung up on me after she raised her voice. She might have been having a bad day, bless her heart. The tow truck service was the only reason I gave an okay rating.
