24H FLAT FIX, PITKIN TIRE SHOP

Thank goodness for a 24hour tire shop! Came in with a flat and they assessed my tire. We were in and out within 15-20 minutes. They were nice and straight to the point, a little pricy but I had a whole tire replaced. Definitely come here if you’re in the area.

Excellent service. I had a flat tire on my BMW X5 at 2am. I called and they picked up, I drove over there and they got the nail removed out of the flat tire in under five minutes. I was back up and running in no time. Excellent service with efficiency and reliability ! God bless

Don't go there in your life, he is a liar, a thief and a swindler He's very expensive and also giving very dangerous tires to the customer. Please be careful and do not come to this tire shop. The black tall guy changed me three times tires after the first one was damaged and the second was almost gone. And the third one was very dry and old.

They filled my tires with air and fixed my damaged rim for a good rate. I'd definitely go back to them.

Very convenient if you having an issue with your tire at anytime of the day. I went in to have a tire looked at. I had advised that the tire air cap was stuck and that they needed to use pliers to remove it. They tired to convince that I need to replace the air value instead. When they saw that wouldn’t budge they decided to finally use the pliers as I suggested. When I ask how much it was going to be to replace the tire because of the damage, they told me that it was gonna be 180 if I bought a new tire and $80 if I bought a used tire. I told him that I didn’t have enough cash and I asked if they used card. The guy said yes they accept card, but I’ll be charged a fee for the tax. I said OK how much is it? He said oh no it’ll be better if you go The smoke shop now mind you it’s like 51° in the morning and that smoke shop was literally on the other side of the street maybe about a two minute walk give or take and I wasn’t willing to do that because it was too cold and I wanted to get out of there as quick as . I said it’s fine. I have no problem paying the fee. How much is it? He went to the back, proceeded to put in the cost of the tire which was $80 and the tax which was six dollars and some odd cents and he added a tip for himself I wasn’t aware of. When he was talking to his partner, they were talking in another language, which I believe might’ve been French. I’m under the assumption that they are from Senegal and because I am from a francophone country I most definitely understood what they were saying. The tall slim said oh if you use your card you can be charged $100 and I said really I would like to see that. And I guess based on my facial expression in my demeanor, he signal to his partner that I wasn’t going for it. At the end of the day, I understand that you are a 24 hour tire shop and you’re working at all hours of the night, which I completely get, I was I was willing to tip the both of them for their services however, it is important to have integrity and some dignity as a service provider and not to take advantage of someone because you think they don’t understand the other language that you’re speaking. So SHAME ON YOU GUYS.Essayer d'arnaquer les gens pour plus d'argent est un acte éhonté. C'est déjà assez grave qu'en tant que personnes de couleur, nous ayons tellement de stéréotypes contre lesquels nous devons nous battre, donc ce type de comportement ne fait qu'alimenter cela. Et j'espère que le prochain client que vous ferez cela aussi, est celui qui est compréhensif et non celui qui fait remonter les choses.
