The driver of a tow truck with this business name and address just cut me off on the road, he was driving recklessly and endangering people around him. If this is how they drive their tow truck imagine how they’ll treat your car, use ANY OTHER place. Trust me this shows just how little they care about others and the service they provide, you would think that a tow truck driver would know how to drive safely but they don’t. If this is your business you should retrain your drivers to learn to drive on the road and to take care of your trucks when they’re on the road and also to not drag your business’s name trough the mud because this puts your name in a bad light.

04/02/23 You will need to call 2x to get a tow! They stated they called our tow request 3x we never received a call canceled our order stating we were not there, on the side of the freeway exit..I called dispatch 3way with AAA on the line..C.C.T. hung up on me and AAA as we were trying to get the order # to them. We called back and their phone line went straight to voice-mail. Stay safe out their,God bless us all.

Looks like my review was deleted and I will NOT GO UHEARD WITH THE TRUTH! California coach customers BEWARE! I should honestly go and file a claim for fraud but out of the kindness of my heart I don't want anyone to lose their income based upon a stupid mistake. But I do want to come forward at the very least to let Google know that I was told that this place was the greatest, after being hit and injured I took my truck here in good faith that it would be fixed up in their auto body shop. What a joke, I thought I was getting a huge favor for getting a free tow, when infact I was mislead and after checking Google reviews realized the company HAS NO AUTO BODY! IT IS A SIMPLE TOW SERVICE! THEY STORED MY TRUCK FOR THREE MONTHS CLAIMING THE PARTS FOR A TOYOTA 1997 PICKUP TRUCK HAD RARE AUTO BODY PARTS THAT WERE ON A SHIP AND SO HARD TO FIND IT DIDNT HAVE A TIME FRAME. THEY TOLD ME TO JUST GET RID OF THE TRUCK AND TAKE IT AS A LOSE BECAUSE THE INSURANCE WOULDN'T PAY FOR IT BEING TOTALED. THEY SAID THE COST OF FIXING IT WOULD BE A TOTAL OF $2,500 AND THE CAR WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE TO FIX. SO WHEN I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE, I GET THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR AN ATTEMPT TO MAKE ME BELIEVE THAT I WAS BEING CHARGED 3 GRAND, AND IT WAS TOTALLY FAKE! I CALLED AND FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO TOLD ME THEY HAD BEEN CLOSED FOR 7YEARS! SO I TOOK MY TRUCK TO BE REPAIRED AND THE DAMAGES WERE TOTALLY FALSE! IT TOOK ME THREE DAYS TO GET THE TRUCK BACK AND ONLY COST $700. THEY WOULD HAVE CAME UP ON SO MUCH CASH IF I HAD TAKEN THEIR ADVICE, THEY STORED MY TRUCK AND LET IT SIT THERE COLLECTING DUST AND TOLD ME TO MY FAVE IN A RECORD ROOM THAT THE PARTS WERE IN JAPAN. I DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING IF IT HAPPEND TO ME WHO ELSE HAS IT HAPPENED TO? AND THEY SUCK AT TOWING ALSO MY TRUCK IS A STICK SHIFT AND THE GUY WHO BROUGHT IT BACK DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE STICK SO I HAD TO GET ON THE FLAT BED AND INTO THE TRUCK MYSELF WHICH IS RIDICULOUS THAT THE ONLY SERVICE THEY OFFER THEY ARENT GOOD AT EITHER, HOW SAFE IS THAT RIGHT? THE COMPANY SHOULDNT TAKE THE TRUTH AND SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG, BE GLAD I HAVENT SUED YOU BECAUSE UNDER YOUR OWN VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IS A RECORDED CONVERSATION OF THE CONVERSATION ABOUT THE PARTS BEING A BOAT! ITS NOT MY FAULT YOUR SCAMMERS AND DIDNT GET AWAY WITH IT.
