Same experience as most in reviews...got here 12:30 for a coolant hose leak. Was told after lunch at 1....asked at 4pm what time...rude shop guy said nope for his answer...sitting in front of shop right now looking for another shop to fix...wasted 4 precious hours with absolutely no positive results...stay away from here

Great shop! We had a party bus that had to get towed in from an out of state business. This shop was able to get our vehicle in right away and do all needed repairs. When I came in from Sioux Falls SD to pick up the bus, the parking brake was stuck on. I was an hour until closing time but this shop stopped what they were doing, first to unlock the bus since the previous driver locked the key in it but they took the time and effort to get the parking brake to release that had to be done from under the vehicle. I highly recommend this shop. They were extremely professional and very helpful. On behalf of SuFu Cruise Limousine Sioux Falls, thank you for your service and professionalism.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! First of all they towed my truck in their shop for a starter issue while they knew they were closing. Truck was in their shop for almost 2 days and lied more than 5 different completion times! Shop manager cussed me out every time I asked for repair completion. THEY DON’T PROVIDE ESTIMATES before repair so they can REAP OFF the customers. STAY AWAY!!!!

I’m always skittish whenever we breakdown far from our home mechanics in Florida, been scammed 1 2 many times, this time we put our trust in these good fellas, and I’m glad we did. Thank you for getting us back on the road!

Scheduled for 10am got in 1 pm . Truck had power loss , they couldn’t find anything after 2 hours, changed wrong parts, turned off lights on dashboard, after 100 miles got same lights back. Also I tried to get annual inspection from them. mechanic told me there is a shake on steer axle kingpins (which I replaced couple months before ) + reverse lights are gone , at Kenworth dealer we found issues as 5th injector gone. There is no power loss anymore. Replaced reverse lights, passed annual inspection. Nothing wrong with kingpins too . Long story short, Lost 700$ at 275 truck service
