2nd Opinion Car Service

I rented a Uhaul trailer. Pick up and return were both smooth. Service was excellent and demeanor was very pleasant. If I rent again I will try to pick up and return at this location.

The gentleman in the store was very nice. Explained everything and got me out the door in a few minutes. The truck was very nice. The ac worked great, the suspension was great not feel all the bumps and low noise. Only issue that i always have is that i can never upload pictures on website for drivers license and when returning truck it asked for picture. I click the button to add photo does nothing.

The owner is also the mechanic. He is a one man show, but he is probably the most honest and conscience mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My daughter's car has never run better! He will be getting all of my business.

If you need your car fixed, this should be the first place you stop, not the second. I’ve gone to Andy (the owner) for over 2 years now and have received nothing but excellent service. I do many repairs myself on my cars, but occasionally need a professional for larger jobs or when I don’t have time. I first found 2nd Opinion Car Service when I moved to the area and was looking for a new mechanic. I needed a transmission service and some new struts, he quoted me the best price around. The best part was not only did I get the best price, I got all the work done by an ASE Master Technician, so I know the job was done right. In fact, Andy regularly saves me money by fixing the actual problem and not just replacing parts. Often a seal or a gasket is all that needs replaced instead of an entire part. My last visit he saved me $400 because the part was fine, the seal around it just gave out. You owe it to yourself to at least get a quote from Andy. It’s like taking your car to a trusted friend. Andy tells you what’s actually wrong with the vehicle and takes the time to explain what he found and fixed. It’s truly the best experience you can have with a mechanic.

Came up to Canal Winchester for school for a couple years. Had my car occasionally have issues and was recommended to 2nd opinion. I've had great and consistent quality of service since first coming here. Andy has been great to do business with and knows how to work with people to get things taken care of even among some hectic schedules. I appreciate his help taking care of my car and I highly recommend 2nd opinion to anyone to fix or service their car as they are very detailed, honest and try to save you money where you can. They are a great company to do business with. 💯
