3 S Towing and Recovery

Super satisfied and impressed by this company! My tire nearly split in half in the highway on Thanksgiving day. I was super stressed given that it was a holiday. 3S towing had someone put there very quickly after I called. They were able to tow it to the show and put on a new tire for me and had it completely fixed by the next day. Great service all around!

I just want to extend my sincerest thanks to 3S towing. My engine battery died and I needed a tow to the dealership. I called Roadside Assistance and explained the situation. They routed the incident to 3S Towing. Shortly after I received a text the driver should arrive within an hour. Within an hour I got a call from Rob who said he should be at my location within 10 min. He arrived exactly in 10 min. He was very professional and courteous. I truly appreciate the care he took with my vehicle. And though he may not have realized it he managed to keep my nerves in check. He got my car and me to the dealership within 40 min. Rob is definitely an asset to 3S towing and they should be proud to have him as an employee. I am forever grateful for his kindness and efficiency with my vehicle.

Horrible! I called for a tow, I was clearly in distress and overwhelmed and the guy was very rude to me on the phone and all hot and bothered from the start, and he started asking which direction my husband was on the highway (I wasn’t with my husband at the time and I was trying to communicate best I could of whereabouts my husband was with the location pin I had) (my husband was stranded on the highway). He gave me all kinds of attitude and said he’d call my husband and I gave him my husbands number and I paid for the tow. Well, he never called my husband so I called back and then he got another attitude with me and started arguing with me about how I was supposed to call my husband etc and he has enough calls a day to handle - and after another argument he said he would call my husband now. With all this time passing by arguing with the towing guy, my husband ended up getting tow secured with a different company. I then called back to cancel the tow and apologized for the inconvenience, and the guy got even more rude and was arguing with me about how I need to communicate better in my marriage and now he has to transfer me back and get a refund and basically how I’m the biggest pain in his you know what and I said sir the attitude is not helping and he slammed the phone down and refunded me and hung up. Based on this, don’t EVER expect me to recommend them or use them. Being stranded with no where to go is overwhelming as it is and when you have towing guys get an attitude with you and argue with you, it just makes the experience even harder. Never again. Glad I learned my lesson before we actually used them - they clearly have no professionalism whatsoever.

My son was in a roll over accident which in itself is traumatic. The car required towing of course and the city of Euclid has a contract Euclid with this company, so I had no choice in the matter. I got the release to pick up the car, called the company to inquire about the fees, because they request cash only. I was told $600. I went to the yard and I asked to see the car, before I made any transactions and the owner operator very rude, so rude that I asked my children to return to the car so they were not traumatized by his loud condescending tone. When I asked him why he was being so rude he attempted to ask questions that would have been helpful from the beginning, thinking we turned the page to a productive encounter he continued to be condescending, This company is contracted so you have no choice in the matter and they know it so the owner lets this inflate his ego and it shows in how he deals with the public, it’s a predatory company that doesn’t need reviews for business because they are locked in with the city of Euclid. Then I see the car and more damage was done in the way they towed the car as stated and verified with the officers I talked to after seeing the vehicle. I have full cover insurance so I will not have to pay the fees, but I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with this company and has limited resources, the owner is not a nice person and I highly suggest Euclid deal with a company that has better ethics and etiquette. The reviews are mainly rude and incompetent and I have to say I agree.
