302 Truck & Trailer Repair

I will start with the fact, that we wonder how this shop got all those good reviews, even though we have a pretty good idea how. That was after our expertise with them since the reviews were the reason we send one of our trucks there. There are so many wrong things with that shop i don't even know where to begin. For one - they NEVER answer the phone. When i spoke to them it was through my drivers phone, and only once did they call me, but they Never answered my calls. We went there for ABS light, and after one whole day, and $497 later, we still have the same issue. I am attaching pictures. When i spoke to one person over the phone, he either didn't know what he was talking about, or maybe he did know, but he could not explain it. I am not even going to mention the fact the he was really hard to understand, but lets say that is ok, and it was because of his accent. After the bill was done, and i asked if the truck was fixed, he did not answer whether it was fixed or not, but started telling me what sensors they had replaced. They could not tell me how much the credit card fee was if we paid by credit card (talking to the guy again through my driver`s phone when my driver called me and handed him the phone). I asked again if replacing those sensors actually fixed the problem or not, then he told me a part needed to be ordered from the dealer - i asked for an estimate but never got one. They told my driver he was done and emailed me the bill. My driver told me lights on the dash were gone, so i paid the bill with EFS ( the guy had insisted earlier on receiving payment through Zell multiple times). Only after driving a few miles, and i mean a few - like 15-20 maybe, the lights came back ON again. All of them. It is possible that this shop would do a good job if you needed a tire replaced (and that is a maybe) but nothing else concerning this type of issues.

Don't go they waste all day and just for 30 mints job charge $388.88 and one of the guy put his pickup truck infront of the truck that driver don't go out they are threading to pay we trying to call police an then the guy move his pickup to the side we already complaint to sab. Bernardino county police what's going on that place owner

Excellent service! Friendly staff, prompt repairs, and fair prices. My truck runs smoothly again thanks to their skilled mechanics. Highly recommend! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Will definitely return for future maintenance and repairs. 5 stars isn't enough - deserves more.
