Words can’t express how thankful I am for Ralph. My car broke down and I had no idea why. I called him after a quick google search and he reached me within 20 minutes. He was able to figure out quickly what the issue was and fixed it with no problem. He went above and beyond assessing other potential issues as well. He also gave me some much needed tips. He taught me a lot in the short time it took him to work on my car, and I appreciate that so much. His prices are fair and reasonable and as long as I have a car he will be my mechanic. My alternator died and my neighbor recommended Ralph and 360 Mechanic Auto Repair. Ralph came to where my car was parked, diagnosed the issue, shared with me what needed to be done, quoted me a price, fixed the issue and added fixed several other minor things which I could have completed on my own. This is the first time in a very long time I am satisfied with and trusting of the mechanic working on my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. I HIGHLY recommend this business and its service!

Ralph is incredible and an angel. He saved us at 2:00 am! Our car’s belt tensioner was making noise. Ralph told us what parts to buy before coming and he came to fix it. This was an emergency as we couldn’t miss work in the morning and he came! We’re so thankful and appreciative of his service. You can tell he goes above and beyond for his clients. Thank you Ralph. I called Ralph on a recommendation. He picked up the phone on the first call and repaired my car the same day. He correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone, purchased the part for me, traveled to where I was, and fixed the car. All within a few hours. He was thorough with his analysis and explanation of the issue and gave me some good tips on how to keep the car in good running condition. Overall this was a A+ experience. Highly recommend.
