CS TOWING LLC

If anyone has had issues with this company I have reached out to several others experiencing(have experienced) unlawful & disgusting work practices & I have found an attorney willing to start a class action lawsuit against them. My vehicle has cameras inside of it & the practices of this establishment are atrocious(I have video of theft of radar detector, my child’s possessions, my luggage, urination in my vehicle, usage of my vehicle while in their possession & I have every intention of taking this company & dividing its assets to those that have been violated in all capacities. The acts that were committed are felonious. My attorney wants to include the state police in the lawsuit, but they have cooperated thus far & are also wiling to press charges on CS towing for the neglect & improper practices at this facility. I have been offered several thousands of dollars for the footage that’s been acquired from news stations in Albuquerque. If anyone has had any issues involving theft, neglect, & or improper handling of their vehicle or their property inside of the facility or while your vehicle is in its care I will be posting again after giving Paula the opportunity to do the right thing. However; Gauthier & Maier Law Firm, P.C. will be the ones to contact(I’ve been told that compensation can be 10 fold based on the actions of such criminal entities like these. The video I have is disgusting & these people should not be allowed to practice in any capacity & the state police are in compliance after they saw my video. Im hoping “Paula” will do the right thing & compensates me appropriately… otherwise you’ll see it on the news & I hope everyone is able to be compensated not only for their loss, but for the violation of their possessions & things they hold sacred, especially their sacred space & place where they keep their children(because what they are doing could hinder the safety of their children). I will be updating everyone Monday after my conversation with Paula.

Didn't use this service, but whoever was driving a tow truck with their logo on it shouldn't have a license. Ran a red light, no turn signles going in and out of lanes, went forward in a right turn only lane to bypass a few vehicles, camped in the left lane on Broadway and wouldn't let anyone pass, except when the right lane finally opened up a little, the tow truck driver would speed up and not let anyone pass until the truck drived finally turned right somewhere.

Not even worth a star. My vehicle was stolen and they recovered it wouldn't even work with me to get things off the vehicle that I paid for and would have liked back. From the area they are in they just make their money from the less fortunate. By how the owner responds to the poor reviews just shows they don't care about anyone but themselves and money.

I literally had to call the police to get my car back. I had all the paperwork and they still wouldn’t give me my car. Worst place ever

Getting your vehicle towed to a tow yard always sucks. But as far as tow yards go they were very professional and helpful.
