Thank you Juan for you honesty and exceptional service. Brought my family car in for a tuneup. Everything was done efficiently on time and price was on point as a woman it’s hard to get good service. I thank this man for honesty and getting things done quickly. His employees were on it and got me out of there quickly had to order parts took a moment, but I understand will go back in the future thank you :)

Never come here he is fraud guy he charge me full amount in advance then he keep my car his shop, one month. He couldn’t fix. He is very unexperienced. Car shop. Then I took my uncompleted & open parts to another shop. & until now it is over two month. He did not refund my money. So be careful when you coming here, pay him after when your car is ready. Or choose the another shops in the city, but be careful. Do not come here.

Kind reliable diligent and excellent Wow! I am so grateful for Juan and RCAR! I recently moved to the IE and my uncle referred me to his mechanic of 10+ years. He is honest, diligent & excellent! I was able to drop my car off overnight and get it back in 4 hours of them opening. He performs top tier service in an astoundingly short amount of time. He called me and walked me thru every detail and understands customer’s limitations while being thorough and honest. It is hard to find great mechanics like this! I will be a customer for years to come. Thanks so much Juan and RCAR!!!

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable vehicle care. Juan is both skillful and attentive. I am so relieved to have finally found an honest mechanic at affordable pricing. My only critique is that there shop is small and difficult to locate but well worth the hunt...

We dropped our 2019 Chevy Tahoe off for a lag at first gear. The owner Juan, called me back to let me know that it is the transmission and needs to be fixed asap since it was on the verge of leaving us stranded on the side of the road. We processed with paying him for the parts up front 3780.00 on 11/25/24. This was supposed to be a two day fix and our car would be available and the remainder due at pick up. We picked up our vehicle and it was still experiencing the same issue. He stated to drive it for 150 miles and bring it back on Monday for reprogramming. We did just that first thing 12/2/24 we dropped on the vehicle. Every other day we had to call him to check on the status of the vehicle. He never called with an update and was always an excuse as to why the repair wasnt completed. He needed an outside contractor or buddy of his to come and reprogram but it was always tomorrow or the next day. That turned into 3 weeks and ultimately had to be taken to a Chevy dealer to be reprogrammed. Finally got a call on 12/30/24 that our vehicle would be available to be picked up on 1/3/24. We called him before coming in and he was on vacation and that he was the only one with the key to his overfill lot, thought it was funny and spoke to us like we were friends. There was no sense of urgency to get our vehicle back to and no communication to us. We contacted him first thing Monday and asked me to hold, all the while he didn't put me on mute and spoke in Spanish to a worker that he forgot to leave the keys he's out of town and someone would need to get the keys to us to allow us to pick up the car. He stated a driver was on his way to national city at 230pm and would contact me or my fiancé once arriving in Redlands. At 630pm after no update I called Juan again and he stated, let me call my driver. It is now the next day at 11am and no call or follow up. We have called and left messages and text messages to the number he communicated with us via text and called.
