I recently took my Toyota Tacoma in just to get a diagnostics done since I had a reoccurring code for the evap system. Spoke with Ernesto which I believe is to be the new owner since the old one passed away. He was very pleasant at first but come to find out it's all just an act to make you feel at ease to leave your vehicle with him so he can scam you after. He will claim that he's worked on Toyota's for over 26 years and that he knows what he's doing.. don't believe it. He claimed that my speedo sensors were not working properly so he reset them and the truck will recalibrate them all on its own. Keep in mind I did not ask him to do this I just took the truck in to see what the problem was with the evap system nothing more. I just figured he was doing this to help me out. After the diagnostics was "finished, the issues addressed and taken care of " I picked up my truck to find out it was in worse shape then when it arrived. After paying and started leaving the shop My check engine, emergency brake, abs light were all on! I also had no speedometer, my miles were not being tracked either. I called him and told him the issue and he insisted they would go away after driving the vehicle. I was skeptical about that but I give it a chance. Nothing changed. Called again and told him nothing changed and the issues persisted. He basically said it was already like that when I gave it to him and wanted to charge me more money to fix the issue he created! After I reminded him of what he told me he said he never said that. Since I caught him in his own lies I told him just refund me the $145 for the diagnostic fee and we'll go our separate ways. He said no and threatened legal action because I called him out. Long story short don't trust this place or this guy with your vehicles. He's just trying to profit off what Toyopros use to be. It's now Neto's garage but still under Toyopros name. Didn't find this out until after. Take it elsewhere. I had to take mine to the dealership to get fixed. He gives small mechanic shops like this a bad name

This is the only place I go to get serviced! Dave was my favorite mechanic and his son Nick and the team have done such an excellent job given the most unfortunate circumstances. They are so friendly and have the best customer care!

Simply the best! I cannot express in a few words how excellent these mechanics are. Never pay Dealership prices again. Myles goes out of his way to provide courteous and honest work. He really is Factory trained and certified and it shows. I couldn't be happier with these guys. They go out of their way to keep me happy! Thank you.

I have been going to Toyopros for over 20 years. I was concerned that when Rick sold the business to Dave the quality and honesty was going to be lost. But Dave was as good or better than Rick. I was told by the dealer I had to replace a part and service for $2,000.00, but Dave repaired it for less than $300.00. I take both my Corolla's to Toyopros for servicing. To find an excellent mechanic and an honest one is like being hit by lighting. Toyopros is both excellent, honest in pricing but willing to explain repairs and give you choices on how to repair your vehicle. Toyopros explains in simple details what is wrong with your car. I know I will never be taken advantage of high repair cost as a woman at Toyopros.

Valve Cover Gasket replacement, great and honest service. Very knowledgeable and timely with getting the work done. This is my second time using their services and I'm very pleased with it. Definitely recommend troy pros.
