Would give a zero but not an option. engine light came on. gave permission to do a diagnostic. assured it was a purge valve that would definitely solve the problem but they were not able to get the part for at least a week. I said I would come back and get my car. I was told we already took it apart and the purge valve was broken upon removal. We'll put it back together for $200 and it will be at your own risk. Obviously I couldn't pick it up. They put the purge valve on and the car was hyper charged it was taking off like a bullet and shaking. Had to slam on brakes to stop it.$600 and it was not the problem took it back engine light still on. when I took the car in the car always ran smooth never shakung. Now recommended to replace ignition coil, spark plugs and valve cover gasket set. The owner now calling the shaking a cold start. Never had what the owner calls a cold start till they worked on it. Apparently in 2019 they had replaced these parts already. $461.32 Car remained worse off shaking upon starting which it never did. engine light remained on. Cover under engine left hanging down. Did return owner absent and refused to have the help of his assistant who assured me at the beginning the purge valve was the issue and it would definitely fix the problem. To no avail none of these repairs fixed the problem. At this point refuse to go back there!!!!!!!!!!

Our family has been going to Patrick's for over a year now. I found the shop as a referral from a local Facebook group after I began to encounter problems with one of our vehicles. Their diagnosis of the problem was thorough and provided us with both long term and short term resolutions for the needed repairs. We appreciated their honest approach and have been taking all our vehicles to them since for both major repairs and simple oil changes. They are honest, professional, and very reasonable/competitively priced. We are very happy to have found them!

BEWARE OF THIS AUTO SHOP! This auto shop is mad shady. I’ve come here many times JUST this year to fix the issues within my car and it’s all good for a month- 3 months & then I have to bring my car back for repairs on the same issues that I brought it in previously. Negligence to the fullest & no mediation given at all to try and fix the issues that they have been paid to fix. If you get an alignment here make sure you have everything inspected FULLY & always get a second opinion. There should be no reason why my car is now unsafe to drive because of your poor mechanics labor
