I had taken my girlfriends Mazda in for some issues she was having in town with accelerating from idle, and until now I was unfamiliar with any mechanics in this area. I could not have picked a better shop to take the car into. Scott communicates frequently and excellently, is fully transparent about his services, incredibly friendly, and he and his team are excellent mechanics. Scott went above and beyond in every way at 5 Star Auto Repair. He was able to get me in same-day, genuinely listened to what was going on with my car and didn't recommend anything he wasn't absolutely sure was an issue or needed. I took my car to the dealership prior and they couldn't find the problem, Scott figured it out same-day! He was kind, respectful and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. He's happy to explain anything and never in a condescending way. I will continue to be a happy customer of 5 Star Auto Repair and definitely recommend them to everyone!

I was very impressed with Scott and his mechanic who was able to give me the breakdown of the issue with my car and showing me exactly what I needed to see to validate his findings. Though the cost of the repair for this old car of mine was high but it gives me the time to continue driving the car with peace of mind knowing that the proper repair and care was done.
