Excellent customer service! The front facing personnel, Mitch and Scott, provided friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Even when the techs discovered a leak under my car, they indicated that it wasn't bad enough to require repair. I'm guessing if this was another repair shop, they would've told me to get it repaired immediately to maximize profits. They seemed honest and not out there to take advantage of customers.

I got a flat tire while driving on the freeway and had to call AAA for a spare tire change. 5th avenue was near by. I called and spoke to Mitch on the phone who helped me understand what could have happened to my tire and what my options were. I drove over. Friendly customer service, quick tire repair, clean establishment, reasonable price, ample parking. I wholly recommend. I’d gladly take my car there again.

This group is excellent at what they do. My car is old, but not yet decrepit. It needed some maintenance and what I thought would be heavy repairs. They not only repaired the pre-diagnosed problem, they also did some maintenance for the mileage (>100,000). I requested the maintenance be done over and above the known problem. They explained the diagnosis, repairs needed, and costs - both labor and parts - to my satisfaction. As a bonus, this place checked into something that I mentioned casually, and without costing me an additional amount (for diagnostic fee) added fluids (because it needed it). I thought I would have to wait a week for the repairs to be done. They had my car ready for pick-up within 2 work days. Unfortunately, I cannot comment as to whether their pricing is high or low, but it seemed fair. I do not think that I was gouged. I think they do exceptional service. I suggest taking your vehicle to them. 😎💜💟💜☺️

I dealt with Mitch, Scott and Steve . Very nice professional people. I had tire work done on time. They have one of best and cleanest shop I have seen. I have no problem recommending my friends there. I will be taking my future business there as well. Excellent service.
