Wish there were more stars to give. 631 is the best kept secret in New York. Karen & Melissa are the greatest and easiest to work with. I can not describe how beautiful my car is after the collision repair on the fender and bumper. Better than new and they really know their business and have a good working relationship with the insurance companies. That only comes from good , honest, hard work and mutual trust. Got a great price and better than fine finished product. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of auto body repair. The workmanship and detail is beyond imagination. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was the body work completed but they detailed my wheels and interior or the car. Excellent place to go to if you need work done on your car! I was involved in an accident and went through insurance for my repairs. 631 auto body communicated with the insurance agency to get everything taken care of for me, i literally didnt have to do a single thing. They even called a rental place to pick me up from their shop while my car was being worked on. Such an easy and stressless process and now my car looks as good as new! The two receptionists Karen and Melissa are extremely kind and made this whole process simple for me. Thank you guys so much! Will definitely refer my friends and family to this place, 10/10 recommend!
