I found Connor in 2023 when I was supposedly having an alternator issue from a diagnostic I received elsewhere. I wanted a second opinion and came to Cali Complete Auto Care. Connor was honest up front with me and told me it was a battery issue. He saved me so much money! A few months later my brother and then my mother got into an accident and I recommended her to Connor. She was so pleased and happy with him that this is her go to spot for all of my families vehicles. I just took my GLE 53 and he took care of me as well. Him and his team are absolutely great and amazing! I love the honesty and service here. You won’t find it anywhere else!! Thank you Connor and Cali Complete Auto Care! It took driving state lines from Washington state to Cali Complete Auto Care to get my car fully operational. I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee and dropped it off at the shop with a check engine light that was unable to be diagnosed by multiple service shops; even Jeep dealerships were unwilling to care about my vehicle back in WA. Cali Complete Auto Care fixed my car with complete diagnostic and problem resolution during Christmas. Take your vehicle to this place, they are true professionals.
