This place is a total scam and fraudulent, My friend bought rims and tires from them for about 5k for BMW, and they first gave the wrong size and the wrong brand, then charged extra to change it, afterward, 3 weeks later they charged again for about 4k without any reason. They also stopped picking up the calls. Ya'll, this place is a total fraud in the name of small business. I WISHED I COULD GIVE A 0 SCORE RATING, but this is not a place to go if your car is luxurious. They might also try to be nice here with their comments, but please not worth trusting after so many declined calls.

It was really easy financing, I only paid $54 down. I was able to get rims and tires. And the staff was very friendly and super helpful and also very patient with us. Only thing is the monthly payment is kind of high.

***CONSUMER BEWARE*** Prepaid $3,585, for Rohana Wheels & Tire for my BMW. Wheels were defective or damaged during the install. Immediately, leaving Onyx Auto Performance location I notify him that the car had vibrations, that it did not have before. Chris the owner told me that the wrong tire combination is put on the car. Keep in mind I deferred to him as the wheel & tire expert. And his recommendation was required another set of tires costing an additional $650, and he could not take the tire back as they were now used. Not feeling comfortable with his recommendation, I took my car to a certified BMW dealer who concluded that all 4 wheels were bent, keep in mind no physical damage to tires or wheels. Notified Mike @ Rohana Wheels of my findings. He concluded after speaking with Chris that Chris's wheel installer put on the wrong the Hub Centric Ring on my car and this was the problem. Mike offered to send me the correct Hub Centric Rings and this would resolve the vibration in the wheels. After spending an additional $185. to put on the correct Hub Centric Rings, we found no difference in the drive of the car, and wheel were confirmed to have been bent. Chris at Onyx Auto Performance or Mike @ Rohana wheels are not will to accept any responsibility in their defective product & services. I am in the process of filing a complaint with New York Consumer Protection Department, as I have no other recourse and the fact that Chris required Cash Payment, leaves me without any other recourse. Please stay away from Onyx Auto Performance and Rohana Wheels. Sincerely Angelo Dimeglio
