I had my engine replaced here, and it was a total disaster. The replacement engine is worse than the original—it’s sluggish, makes strange noises, and has worse fuel efficiency. To top it off, they left a Cheez-It in the engine bay. When I tried to get them to fix it, they were unhelpful and rude. It took them weeks to respond back to me and on top of that they blocked my number for a while. This place is a disaster. Avoid at all costs!

"Terrible Service and Overpriced!" I took my car to this mechanic for what I thought would be a simple brake pad replacement. They quoted me a reasonable price over the phone, but once I got there, everything changed. The mechanic insisted that I needed additional repairs that I wasn’t aware of, including a new alternator and a timing belt replacement. The costs quickly skyrocketed. I felt pressured to agree because they made it seem like my car was on the verge of breaking down. They kept my car for two days longer than they said they would, and when I finally got it back, the brake pads were squeaking, which never happened before I took it in. To make matters worse, I had to go back because my check engine light came on a day after I got my car back. They charged me again for diagnostics and claimed it was unrelated to their previous work. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

most unprofessional and disappointing experience ever. do not bring your cars here at all. I recently visited 76 auto, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. First, they took much longer than they initially estimated to complete the repairs, leaving me without my car for several extra days. When I finally got my car back, the issues I had brought it in for were not properly fixed, and new problems seemed to have emerged. The customer service was also severely lacking. The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to get updates on my car. They didn't seem to care about my concerns or my time. Additionally, the final bill was significantly higher than the quote I was given, with several charges that were not clearly explained. Overall, my experience with 76 Auto, was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I will not be returning and would not recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable and honest mechanic.

Did not fix my car made it worse and literally the worst communication ever and left my car with two leaks and forgot to put back 5 different screws that hold down wiring and a fuse cover. Also when I got information from one of their workers that they used a video to install my engine which shocked me and that they have never done a engine swap on a old car like mine and it took them a month to figure out what was wrong with my car but really they where out of town and never told me but I had to find out by a business next store this company was nothing it a joke.

very disappointed with my experience. i’d leave zero stars if i could. one star is quite generous. these are the most lazy, incompetent, entitled people i have ever met. dropped off my car for some simple work. car was returned with a fried spark plug and they refuse to admit fault. not only did they ignore all of my phone calls, they proceeded to go on a two week vacation which i only found out about because i asked the shop owner next door. everytime you need an update they are “out running errands” everytime the work that they performed goes sideways they “are super busy” (but too busy to post ads on instagram for more jobs) this place is horrible and all the 5 star reviews are clearly just bots. reported to the better business bureau. will NEVER be returning.
