This was my first time I went for my car repair, ever. They examine my car next day and found the water pump and serpentine belt is broken. I don’t know anything about cars so I don’t know if that was the issue or I have been charged more. But when I went to pickup my car, showed me the broken parts. By looking at those parts I can tell they changed me correct. They Remove and replace water pump and serpentin belt for around $500

Warning: This garage will do a bunch of extra work that you did not approve and then charge you for it, take weeks longer than they tell you, do garbage work that you will end up having to re-repair in a couple months and not honor their so-called warrantees. If you bring up these issues with them, they will call YOU a scammer. And on top of all of that, it is impossible to get in contact with them over email text phone, etc. Could not say enough: STAY AWAY from this place.

Best auto repair shop in Ann Arbor. Edgar and the guys were very quick and efficient with their work. Edgar was always transparent of what needed to be done and how much it would come out to. My old car feels brand new once again after leaving GTM. Highly recommend! They got themselves a new customer!

Save yourself time and money and take your car somewhere other than GTM. My son took his car to GTM for repair. They did not give him a written quote as required by Michigan law and then charged him almost twice what they initially quoted for repairs that my son did not authorize. They took two weeks to make the repairs and were hateful and disrespectful to my son when he called to ask for progress updates. Three months later, his car broke down leaving him and his wife and infant daughter stranded on the interstate. They had the car towed to a mechanic who told them the repair had not been done correctly by GTM.
