The folks at A1 are the best in the business. Their professionalism and customer service is outstanding. I recently had my trucks brakes worked on there and these guys found I had a recall on them and promptly took it over to the dealer and had it taken care of. When they got the truck back from the dealer they they did a thorough check of the vehicle before calling me to come pick it up. Very happy with the service here and will continue to use them for all my Auto repair needs in the future!!

Frank the owner and his staff are the best in the business. To be honest my family have taken all of our vehicles at one time or another for over the last 13 years and have always been treated with dignity and respect. Frank and his staff have always come through for us and never disappoint. We will never have use for another mechanic/auto shop.

They were nice however, I made a lot of mistakes I went in there. They were reputable and trustworthy. I didn’t ask questions I just left my car there. I told him to see if everything was OK cause I had just bought it and I wanted to oil change and air filters change and the bill was close to 1000 I believe I didn’t know that that was not right that’s how ignorant I was but after speaking to different people and showing them the bill They were outraged Guess it’s true ignorance is bliss! Just my experience

Do not recommend (highly). I brought my car with engine lights related to transmission issue. Chuck told me that diagnostics will be ~$320 and I need to leave my car for a couple of days. I explained symptoms and was curious about root cause issue. In 3 days they just started to test my car, which is not bad and I completely understand that they are busy. I know these guys probably understand what they are doing, professionals and pretty sure they are friendly and HONEST to regular customers. In my case, it costed my ~$200 and 6 days to hear that I have issue with transmission. Yes. Nothing more. When I asked what specific part of transmission is malfunctioning, I was told that they do not know it and in order to get to know it they need to disassemble transmission and so on.... Well, I think I knew that I have some transmission issues before I came, no? My impression: pricey, useless, fooling, unfriendly. They talk more than listen. Hope this review will help somebody.
