Very rude ! They talk to you as if you are a dog very unprofessional. Manager cursed at me . Towed my car out of my building on Christmas morning and said the price was $438 and it goes up $78 each day. Didnt tell me after the 3rd day he put a lien on it. Total is $740 from the 25th to the 28th.

this man did not help us, but we witnessed an amazing job done by him. tow truck driver CA261976 - truck #17- We noticed a tesla stuck in the sand and soon after A&A towing showed up and towed 2 cars out of the way, another car out of the sand and finally began working on getting the tesla out of the sand. it was very complicated as the tesla was deep in the sand and far from the parking lot, so we witnessed a symphony sort to speak of the tow truck driver pulling out all types of tricks and talent to get the man out. he never lost his cool or professionalism. amazing job! i wish i knew his name. I would trust calling this tow truck driver in a time of need.

Predatory towing is a real thing. Watch out if they tow your vehicle the daily fees compound tremendously with zero care about you and if you get your vehicle back or all your possessions inside it. Shady underhanded tactics breaking rules to steal your car and hold it for ransom and release it to a previous owner without caring about your belongings inside. Destroying lives and just because it's legal (loophole) doesn't make it right or moral shame on them.

I called to speak with an employee who helped me with my car and the dispatcher Sonny was a total a hole and hung up on me. I'd recommend using Jaime but if you get the displeasure of speaking with Sonny you will want to go somewhere else

A&A Towing has proven to be an untrustworthy and highly unprofessional company, working in tandem with AAA Credit Service Collection Agency and the Law Offices of Marc Wasserman in what feels like a coordinated attempt to charge exorbitant fees and engage in predatory practices. A&A Towing impounded my sister’s vehicle and failed to provide any notification about the towing, preventing us from retrieving it. Instead, they silently transferred the debt to AAA Credit Service Collection Agency, who then tried to collect on a bill we had no prior knowledge of. It’s clear this towing company operates without transparency and uses poor communication to ensure vehicle owners have no chance to resolve issues before fees skyrocket. If your vehicle is towed by A&A Towing: • Immediately request a copy of all fees and notifications associated with your vehicle. • Demand written notification of all actions taken on the vehicle, including tow and storage dates. • File complaints with the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) if you feel your rights have been violated. Be cautious dealing with A&A Towing. Their lack of accountability, combined with a network of questionable business practices, suggests they prioritize profit over ethics.
