A-Able Towing

What ever you do don't take these people at their word they will lie right to your face. I bought a car off them and asked how much the back tags were and he told me only 200 so I bought the car went to the DMV to register it. Back tags were1,200 so what ever you do don't trust these people. Well I just saw your reply and nice try cleaning it up. When I asked how much the tags where going to cost me you should have said u didn't know. But u told me 200 you are supposed to be the professional I was basing my purchase off of what you told me. And then I go to get it tagged and it's 1200 that's a little bit of a difference. People beware

If it was possible I wouldn't even give them a star these people are cunning deceiving and liars no matter what they will take advantage of customers they lied to customers they have no compassion no mercy for anyone they seek to squeeze every single penny from your life knowing you go to them in need of help you get knocked down more they give their personal opinion too much where their personal opinion doesn't belong we are the consumer they are a business and they are to by all means hold themselves to a higher criteria towards the people to whom they do business with. These people will take you for everything you got, literally, it's disgusting, and the problem is that Visalia Police department would use these people to assist in their towing needs! I'm not saying nothing bad against the Visalia Police department or the police in general, they do their job well and what they do not know they can't have no fault in! I am certain this business will play the victim role and twist it as if I'm some kind of con I just woke up one day and decided to go to their business bring them troubles anyway I can. They are liars, let me tell you one of the lies. 9 days after my car being impounded by these people, not because I broke the law got pulled over and my car was towed, but because I was involved in a four car collision and my car was totaled! Me and my 7yr old son had rush to the emergency room is the only reason my car got towed to this business, and after 9 days I was told that my bill was at $1,500 after 9 days that was absurd then I get a letter in the mail a few days after that showing my bill was at $900 these people have cameras in their office but they won't speak the truth they only tell the bad things about what other people do to them they won't tell the bad things that they're doing to people and they're a freaking business the reason why they're giving me a hard time was because I didn't have insurance all I wanted is my property in the truck my property belonging to me and my son personal things items that I didn't get a chance to take off the truck when I got in a wreck because me and my son were rushed off to the emergency room. I literally provided them with my ID they accepted it period I gave them my pink slip showing that I'm the registered owner and giving them everything in detail verbally of why I was barely going for my belongings explaining myself in detail how we went to the emergency room and how my son had to do follow-up visits with valley children's how I didn't have a vehicle and how difficult it was for me to find rides even to those visits to the doctor for my son! how it was hard to even get to the tow truck yard they wanted too much information that was ridiculous that I should never had to explain and after all this I was still the night twice then after speaking over the phone with the owner frustrated slipping in one cuss word literally One cuss word to this individual I was hung up on three times it's ridiculous I have done nothing to these people I just want my personal property why make this so personal for you to treat me this way where is your compassion for another human being in need of his own stuff I'm not asking for a handout I'm asking for my stuff out of my tuck we can get to figuring out the truck next I just wanted my personal property out of the truck the police are not detaining this stuff the police do not want my stuff they're not telling you don't give him his stuff you're choosing to do this and it's not right!

This company y.towed.mt.car.and somehow disengaged the key programming. I am.a locksmith and am completely locked.put of.progrqmming a.key for my car. The car was working perfectly before they towed it. And they refuse to take responsibility for.the damage done to the vehicle. I DO NOT recommend using their services unless.ypu want to be responsible for thousands of damages to your vehicle . They refuse to repair the damage their driver did to the car.
