Very Dirty,dirt flying around the property as well flying around the customs, very expensive to retrieve my 2001 Harley was in a collision that was in it cost me $1,000. I have AAA premium membership to tow my motorcycle they failed to call my insurance so that's not good they charged me $1,000 when it could have been free shame on them I'll never go there I would never use them

Customer Service 5 star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Facility is on dirt lot 3 star ⭐⭐ (we do live in desert, dirt everywhere) Care for customer car ⭐ when I got inside car and a few layers of dirt dust all over. They had rolled down all windows so more dirt was flying around

The large woman that works front desk is very rude. Gave short answers with attitude to my concerns regarding a recovered vehicle. The whole city is kinda nuts though people don't know how to drive.
