I called a different tow truck company first on Monday to have an illegally parked car removed. They were so rude that I hung up the phone. Then I called A-Bob's and my issue was taken care of without hesitation. The dispatcher was very nice and the tow driver came out and removed the vehicle promptly. So I know who I'm calling first if this ever happens again.

I called a Bob’s towing this morning. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very respectful. Nice had a tow truck to me within 20 minutes. The tow truck driver very nice respectful I would definitely refer A Bob’s towing Two friends and family and very reasonable on price

If I could give 0 stars I would. We parked in a Manayunk parking lot for 1 hour to go to dinner, paid for our parking and our parking was expired very shortly before returning to our car. There was a “barnacle” on the windshield of our car (my brand windshield I had just had replaced) due to not paying for parking long enough. The ticket was $475 to have the barnacle removed. Only $300 will be refunded (per calling A bob’s towing company). A typical parking ticket is $26 and unfortunately our Valentine’s Day night was ruined due to this company trying to extort people. I have read articles about the city of Philadelphia not being aware of this and it being “illegal.” Our options were to drive with an impaired few or to pay. FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHER PEOPLE ON THE ROAD, Of course we choose to pay. I would not recommend this towing company to anyone. $175 is absolutely ridiculous and it left gigantic suction marks on my brand new windshield
