Got my vehicle stolen and APD sent it to this company. Now my insurance wants to proceed with a claim to repair it. This company is putting policy over satisfaction. How can I get my registration when it was in the vehicle. The people working here seem to not understand that I DO NOT HAVE IT! Hence since it was inside my stolen vehicle. Y’all make the process so much harder for people to move on from this. Shame on you all

Very friendly people they did a very good job today and I have no complaints. Last towing service we use the guy got mental on us because he didn’t get the address right so we’re very happy. We would absolutely recommend these guys.

Hugo was awesome. He got there on time, he was super professional and made a stressful situation feel a whole lot better. He didn't waste a single second and I was home and he was on to the next very quickly and safely. Price was outstanding, do not change your business model! How you are doing it works! Will 100% recommmend!

Discount was extremely fast and professional. They were able to schedule a pick up at my convenience and showed up early. Their prices are very competitive and have the best price in town. They are a no hassle tow truck. The tow drivers are friendly and professional and took great car to move my vehicle safely. 10-10 will use again

So unfortunately my car’s ignition switch wasn’t working tonight and I had some friends call around on my behalf to help find towing services. Truly lived up to their name. They were to me in 15 minutes of calling and were incredibly affordable. Chris was an amazing worker and honestly this was the best thing to have under bad circumstances.
