Had a specialized trailer and I blew an airbag on Saturday night A and F came out took off the airbag And tried to source one when they found out they couldn't they overnighted one in and came out and finished the repair today very professional and for the remote location the price was reasonable and I would recommend these professionals to anyone

Expected service doesn’t qualify with astronomical prices for labor and parts. Owner, you have to be very careful when you promise a service. Because of you I wasted time! I didn’t call other services, waiting from you a mechanic to be fixed my truck. At the end of the day you declare unbelievable prices saying in Albuquerque I can’t find other services. Thankfully there are a lot of honest shops on that area and I got my truck repaired for half of your price! Shame on you!!!

Rip off. We had issues on I-40. Transmission harness fell on drive shaft. We drove where they wanted us to. Inspected, repaired 6 wires and put some wire protection cover around that wiring in 3 hours. Said that there is also an issue with turbo actuator and since dealership is closed they will bring the part (+~$800) tomorrow and replace it in 2 hours ($360) and also will not charge us the service fee of $400. I receive a text message next morning saying that labor to replace will be $1200 and actuator itself is $1550. This is not how you build a successful company by taking advantage of person’s situation.

I recently hired this mobile diesel mechanic service for an F550 stuck in limp mode at an RV park about 30-40 minutes from their location. While there were positives, the overall experience left me feeling that the pricing structure was excessive and poorly managed. Positives: Responsiveness: They quickly agreed to come out at 8:00 PM and completed the job by 10:00 p.m. Mobility: Willing to service the vehicle on-site. Quality Work: The job was completed efficiently, and issues were clearly explained with supporting pictures. Communication: Open and transparent about the work performed. Negatives: Billing Practices: The $475 callout fee did not include drive time, and I was charged an additional $180/hr for travel. This feels like double-dipping. Unexpected Costs: After the initial $1,150.56 bill, I faced a second charge of $1,319.17 for the next morning’s work, which included 4 hours of labor, some of it for running to parts stores that should have been called ahead. Ultimately, both bills included 4 hours of work totaling 8 hours, 1.5 service call fees, inflated parts costs from already retail pricing, tax and credit card fees. Credit Card Fees: Both bills included high credit card fees—much higher than competitors—which felt excessive. Summary: If you prioritize quality service and clear communication over fair pricing, they might be a good choice. However, be prepared for additional charges that aren’t made clear upfront. The work was solid, but the overall cost structure and billing practices felt opportunistic. The vehicle is back on the road, and only time will tell if it holds up—but the financial impact was steep.
