I brought my car to this mechanic hoping to resolve some issues, but the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After leaving my car in their hands, I was assured that the problems would be fixed. However, when I picked up my car, none of the issues were resolved--not a single one. To make matters worse, I was charged for services that clearly were not performed. When I reached out to discuss the problems, I was met with excuses and complete unwillingness to take responsibility. Despite multiple attempts to get a refund for the shoddy work, they refused to provide any compensation. This place lacks both professionalism and integrity. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this mechanic unless you want to waste your time and money. I have no idea how this company has a 5 star profile as I'm writing this review.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me, and when I asked questions about my car’s issues, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. To make matters worse, the shop’s communication was terrible—I had to follow up multiple times to get any updates on my vehicle. The entire experience was frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for competent and courteous service. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Miguel and his partner took such amazing care of my car. Miguel repaired my front brakes at a fraction of the price that I paid to get my back brakes replaced at a popular chain tire store. He is incredibly knowledgeable of automobile engineering and is an honest and caring person. Thank you so much!

My son's 2000 Toyota was towed here. This would be our first time at this shop. They were quite busy and had many vehicles from the night before to repair. They understood the urgency of our needs to have his vehicle looked at and repaired. They delivered in a quick, professional and affordable time and service. This being after the holidays and Financials quite tight. It made all the difference in the world. No missed work and no pain in the wallet. I was treated with compassion and great service. Five stars and thumbs up to the owner and his staff! Thank you again!
