I stopped by on Sunday afternoon with a flat tire hoping they could help me. Turned out to be a bubble in the side wall so they couldn't fix it. Since my tires are runflats, I had them just put the wheel back on & I went to Mavis for a new tire. When they took took off the wheel we found that A&P stripped 3 of my bolts when putting the wheel back on. And what's worse, they also stripped the spokes the bolts go into, so now I have to get the whole wheel assembly and the bolts replaced from the dealership. I went back to A&P and the guy gave me an attitude and denied doing it. He insisted he did it by hand when I watched him use the gun. The boss, Belisario, wasn't there, but I called him up the next day to explain the situation. He seemed apologetic but didn't offer much help. His guy denied it so its my word against his and I'm now left with an $1,100 bill for what started as a simple flat. I will never go there again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there. Their carelessness cost me big time and their guy's attitude was just as bad. Very disappointed.
