This towing company is absolutely wonderful. The had a quick response and were very clear in their timing and rates and what to expect. Even as I was being towed I observed the clarity they were providing to other people in line to be towed about the anticipated timing and were so considerate of their time and needs. The price of the tow was the best I could find after calling around the entire mountain and getting quotes. David, our driver, was amazing!!!!! He was so helpful and professional and even tried jumping the car to see if he could save us time and money and out of Genuine care to try and do what was best by everyone in queue to be towed. I could tell he genuinely cared to help us and we had such good conversation on the way home. He is super comfortable to be around and had such interesting insightful things to contribute in conversation. It really made me see the bright side of a bad situation and really made my day. I've got A performance's business card in my wallet for keeps. Thanks guys

I cannot recommend A Performance Towing enough! After being involved in an accident in Big Bear that left our car unsafe to drive, we were in a tough spot. Thankfully, A Performance Towing came to the rescue. We called them, and within 30 minutes, they arrived. Joe was especially helpful—he not only towed our car back to Los Angeles but also gave me a ride to secure a rental vehicle so we could continue our journey. The service was fast, professional, and incredibly accommodating during a stressful time. If you’re ever in need of towing services in Big Bear, these are the folks to call. Five stars!

A performance tow company is the best in Big Bear."I've used other towing companies in the past, but A Performance stands out with their excellent customer service and fast response times. They really went the extra mile. I was in an emergency situation and they were able to tow my car to safety and make the experience literally stress free.

100% recommend!! We were in a situation where we needed to move our tow behind trailer fast. Not only was Cory’s attitude AMAZING they worked diligently and quickly to help us out. From my first phone call, they were in and out within 20 mins and got our trailer to the spot we needed.
