So they put up signs over Jan’s towing without permission. Then towed a bunch of cars illegally. The guy from asap goes to the AA in the lot. Fact check me these ppl tow your car illegally make sure they are not playing you call the cops let them know.

They can go and shut the place down they are so rude and useless. They just will scam you and tour your car for the dumbest reasons and asked you for 400$

company deserves the worst. took our car even while still being there and chasing after the car. once we get to the location we get threatened to get off the property even after we got an appointment confirmation by the manager. guy talking to us had absolutely no idea what he was talking about and was just trying to say meaningless words to just scare us into giving him money. he kept assuring he was the “manager” and then kept saying he was going to report us to whatever landlord we were with but he didnt even take our address information at all. just trying to scare you into taking your money. place deserves to be run to the ground.

Worst experience ever. The “manager” had no idea what he was talking about and we chased after the car while getting towed; however, they still drove off. They have no idea what they are doing and the guy who was supposedly in “charge” didnt have any clue on what the laws are according to California law 22658(g)(1)(b) cvc they are supposed to stop the tow but they still drove off and said we were lying about chasing. But when we went to go pick up the car he literally told us “we didnt stop because we thought we were going to get jumped” which is absurd and also proves that he knew the owner was there. These guys are the worst never do any business with them. I really wish they shut down ASAP lol
