A Soft Tops

One month after the roof replacement the entire roof is falling apart. Extremely poor workmanship. Upon careful observation I can see they knew the poor job they were doing and cut corners everywhere. Horrible waste of a good roof.

Awesome place, don't be scared off by negative reviews. Ricardo gave me a competitive price compared to other shops. Although he installed a soft top for me, frame and all, he can do all types of upholstery work on your vehicle. On top of that he was very helpful in terms of providing information to keep my softtop in great condition. Definitely will contact Ricardo next time I need some work done!

My leather passenger seat in the car was worn out. Went in to Soft Tops for an estimate. The price was great, leather was better quality than the original. Soft Tops expertly matched the color, pattern and pebble grain of the leather. Soft Top also replaced and rebuilt the foam and bolsters in the seat. Six months later, I revisited for an issue with my arm rest in which they fixed within an hour. For excellent craftsmanship, quality products, quick turn around and customer service, I would only go to Soft Top for any interior auto upholstry needs.

This shop put a new top on my Mercedes SL500. It looked fine when I picked it up. They told me not to use it for 2 weeks because it needed to stretch a little. When I used it, it went down ok, but when I wanted to raise it back up it wouldn't lock into place. I took it back and they said it worked fine for them. When I lowered it at their shop and we looked it over, I found a piece of cable laying behind the drivers seat. I asked the tech about it and he told me that it was a piece that flew off another car and landed inside my car. As I was standing there talking to him the owner came back from somewhere and I spoke to him. He said that the top had a problem when they were done and cut the cable to try and make it close. They never told me this when I picked it up. So his tech lied to me! When I asked if they could fix it the owner said they don't repair problems like that. I said why did you cut the cable if you don't know how to fix it? He said we aren't responsible because everything is used and worn. I paid them cash and now wish I had used a credit card. I would have filed a complaint with my credit card company. All I can say at this point is DO NOT GO THERE! Thanks for reading my review.

I went here to see if they could fix a zipper on my military humvee soft door. They were straight up about it probably not fitting in their machine, so went back and picked up my part. They not only gave me advice on how to make it better, they gave me the right material to do the job at home for no charge. I can’t say anything about their soft top work, but if it’s anything like their level of support I’d give them a try! DM
