very bad experience, I only took my car for an oil and spark plug service but they returned the car to me with engine codes and they told me that it is normal that it is a problem in those cars and this was told to me after returning the car to them 2 times so Even in the end it just said we didn't do anything to damage your car. After not having my car for almost 4 weeks, they were finally able to repair the damage that was done here. It turns out that they do not know how to change the spark plugs in this place since they damaged one of the engine cylinders and they said that the problem was my car.

Patrick and his mechanics are amazing. Every issue I've had with my old timer 2004 highlander has been fixed and I've never had to go back for the same issue. Patrick is fair priced and is not hurting for business. He gives the lowest prices with the best quality. He's an upstanding guy, and I'm a loyal customer for life. He's worked on every vehicle I've owned. He's a gem.

After having the worst experience of my life, across the street at another shop, I came over to A Tech and had a lovely experience! I went in for a quick oil change and they only charged me $30! I know what you're thinking wow! That's an amazing price but that was just for labor and the oil can filter. I brought in my own oil but I was in & out within the hour! Great service from a lovely lady at the front desk!
