Don’t let all the positive reviews fool you, they have to be from friends and family writing fake reviews. This place is so unprofessional, take your car somewhere else.. They had my car for about 3 months apparently because they were getting “new” parts for my car but the only new parts were the emblems they had to switch out. Shayla, the shop owner, kept pushing for me to pick up my car the same day she texted me saying it was “ready.” After making accommodations for someone to pick up my car before the shop closed which was at 5, she tells me (at 4:45) that’s car still needed to be detailed. After telling me the car was being waste at 3:45. My car ended up not being done until 10:00pm and they had the person picking up my car standing in an alley way from 5-10. Then I get my car back and the paint is faded from the part they replaced and it did not close properly which told me everything they did was in fact with used parts. I had to take my car back to get these things fixed and they did the paint job, but the trunk still does not close the way it should or pop open the way it previously did. Shayla told me that another part we were waiting was already at the shop and it would be really quick to put it in while they fix the other two things. I went to pick my car up and no one at the shop wanted to help me. I stood in the sun for about 20 minutes before anyone agreed to help me. I felt like I was arguing just to get my car back. I was told that they don’t know why Shayla told me that it was in, because there was no part for them to put in. my that same day I texted Shayla and let her know what’s going on and she responded by saying that the part is backordered with no arrival time after previously telling me that the piece was in into this day. I have not received any response from Shayla regarding this piece and my car is missing a part. I asked for an invoice showing an itemized list of everything that was purchased for the car. She did not respond to that message. I followed up asking for an invoice again and she did not respond for that reason I think that this company is doing fraudulent activities and buying parts for really cheap and then pocketing the extra money. On top of all of this, whoever they had washing my car messed up my car and now you can see the marks from the buffering and the stuff that they used on the windshield and the windows does not come off of my car and it’s completely ruined the glass. Do not take your car to them very unprofessional they do not do good work. They did not even respond to the claim adjusters message to send them an itemized invoice

A1collision is an amazing shop they left my car looking brand new the staff are great when I first left my car there they were nice great customer service I am really happy how my car came out

Good As New! Really great service, they called me every step of the way until my car was finished really great, professional and fast service. Hopefully no more accidents but I definitely will be returning or recommending!

The damage on my car was bad. After taking it to A1 collision center my car came out looking new again. Definitely recommend this body shop for any car repair and paint. Very reliable, great communication, car was done on time like they said it was. Thank you to A1 collision center.
