A1 repair & collision

Went to a1 repair and collision to get my after market fiber glass good repaired and right off the back I knew I picked the right place . He was very friendly and gave me a great price on the repair . My after market hood came out great he got it done in a timely fashion . It was a big plus that it’s open 7 days , 8 a.m to 8 p.m for people who don’t get the week days off because most shops are closed on Sunday . Over all great customer service , repair and communication . I will most definitely be coming back for future car work . Thank you I appreciate this place greatly

Israel and his crew at A1 Repair and Collision did a great job with the minor fender bender on my 2019 CR-V. He listened to and attended to all of my concerns. Several people looked over the car and they were unable to find the repair. I would gladly recommend A1 to anyone...great work at a reasonable price. Thank you Israel.

Owner, Israel, was extremely dishonest, unethical, unreliable and unprofessional. I dropped off my car on 11/29/2024. He kept my car for 4 weeks without touching it but lied to me constantly. When confronted on a conference call with the insurance, he changed the story that he would not touch the car unless the payment was in his hand. When I called him before coming on 12/24, however, he replied it was not done because he hadn't received the payment. He kept cutting me off rudely then hung up the phone when I was trying to ask him what happened. So, I offered to pay him directly before getting reimbursed. Surprisingly, he sent a "supplement bill" to my insurance on 12/27, which means my car was still not done AS HE PROMISED IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY ON 12/23. On 12/28, when I came to pay out-of-pocket, he told me he would not release my car because his payment app didn't work. He wouldn't let me speak unless I threatened that I'd report him, then he finally released my car and I had to pay him by Zelle. Through his rude and unethical manner, I just stood there staring at him while he called me names because I "questioned" him.

Highly recommended A1 repair & and collision. I took my dad 2012 Tundra for body work on the passenger side with a huge dent. Israel and his crew did an awesome job. Good communication and reasonable price range A+++. Thank you, guys. My old man is happy.

I highly recommend A1 Repair & Collision! They took in my 2021 Mercedes and made it look like new! Very affordable & the repair team and owner were very nice and helpful. My car was done days before the date promised.
