I took my 2010 Ford Escape in for oil leaks. They inspected it free of charge and while on the lift showed me the areas that needed to be addressed. They finished all the work on the time frame I was given. Of course there is always a chance of other issues that can arise during any repair, so I was not surprised of 2 items that came up but it was clearly explained to me as to why they needed to be taken care of. They also went above and beyond by cleaning a lot of the mess on my engine that oil leaks caused and making an adjustment on my rear breaks. I recommend this place and will use them again in the future.

I came here last minute for a brake and lamp inspection, and I left with so much more. I had called a couple places around Pomona and they were either too expensive or rude. Here they were respectful, professional, informative and thorough. I had done a smog check at another place and it did not pass due to a bad reading on the oxygen sensor and a couple of other sensor's. They told me I needed to drive 100 miles and come back. I had ask the technician helping me out and he told me he would check after the inspection to give me a heads up whether it was ready or not. When he confirmed it was ready (after I had just drove it for like 25 miles!), he offered to finish the smog check at a competitive cost to the other place I was supposed to go. This place is great if you guys are looking for a brake and lamp inspections and/or smog checks. And it is conveniently next to the DMV!!!! Go go go!!

My name is David S, and I recently had my 2000 Silverado serviced at A1 Smog & Repair. This was not my time at A1, so I had no hesitation on having my vehicle serviced there. Unfortunately, my Silverado did not pass the smog due to couple of readings that needed to be addressed. Couple of days later, my truck passed and what Edwardo did for me, in assisting me with a state program that helped with the smog, to his overall professionalism, and updates within the week of not having my truck. His staff was also great in working with. In these times, finding an honest service shop may be a challenge. A1 and their team made my experience a great one. I have my truck back and very happy with the overall experience. I know that we are creatures of habit and some of use, already have our own service shops, but I would highly recommend A1, not for just the smog but for their other services. I left feeling great and very satisfied with my decision in working with A1. I know, my mother will be heading over there for her brakes.... because i recommended A1.
