In reaching out to my car insurance to get roadside assistance today, they connected me to A1 Towing who came out to install a new battery in my car and then tow it to a car repair shop. The representatives were very professional and kind. I appreciate their assistance.

Tesla Roadside support dispatched A1 towing to me after a very stressful night. Blew a tire on a pothole on the Grand Central (and so did probably about 7-12 other cars), and it took 3 hours for highway police and the authorized highway tow to get me off the highway so I can use roadside support. Expecting more terrible waits, I was pleasantly relieved when the phone operator, Jia, calmed me down and told me that the truck was only 5 minutes away. She was very sweet and reassuring on the phone. Then Ali showed up and delicately drove and secured my car on his truck, and took me and the car to the Tesla Service Center. He was very personable and professional and we had a nice chat during the drive. Made the terrible night much easier to deal with. While we all hope you never need a tow truck, A1 is probably the best move for the times you do!

My Tesla model y had a flat tire and Paolo came to tow the vehicle. Process was very smooth and Paolo was very attentive and got the job done quickly even though it was raining!
