I was given a vehicle with a tire pressure sensor on, got a flat tire and was left stranded for hours. Company made me pay for tire out of pocket when this all could have been avoided if the car was in working in condition when I picked it up. Car had other issues as well. Sun roof did not work and car made creaky sound. Terrible first experience would not recommend. I rented a luxary vehicle and got the exact opposite.

The WORST POSSIBLE PLACE TO RENT OR GET A VEHICLE FROM , rented a car out with multiple issues , burning oil , bad brakes etc , when I told them I did not want to use the vehicle because it was not safe ( after only 30 minutes) was told I would get refund , an hour later they charged 3000$ out my account for “ damages “ they just want your credit card information to over charge

Normally used to have a good experience with him. But the last two interactions were disappointing. He installed a new muffler for me because my old one fell off and he was also paid for a wheel alignment. I’m pretty sure the wheel alignment wasn’t done because my car wasn’t driving straight but My dad paid and I didn’t so I was like whatever. fast forward 2 months later , the same muffler he installed is off again. I called him to discuss and see when i can bring the car in, he got all upset and kept telling me he would need to see the car before he can give me any information. I asked could he look up on my file to see if he welded the piece on or if he installed it as a new muffler, he got upset again and said he would have to see. then i offered to bring the car in and he got annoyed again saying he’s busy with no lift. at that point i just hung up and now im looking to bring the car elsewhere. business must be getting too booming for him, more than he can handle because this whole interaction went on for about 2 weeks. I normally only go to him for oil changes and inspections but I won’t be going here anymore period.

Visited here for the first time on Thursday after i blew out my tire on a curb. Ahmed was very helpful and quickly had car back in business in a few hours. Tires and new brakes. Very happy and will visit again.
