I, JUST, went in to get my tire looked at--unfortunately the tire is back-ordered. I will definitely bring it here because Eric and Chris have great customer service and I felt comfortable in their presence: they had great energy. They printed out my quote, which was definitely a reasonable price compared to a dealerships' and can't wait for that tire to get restocked so that they can service my car asap! These guys suck. I scheduled 2 appointments in 2 days and they messed up both appointments. The first day they held my car with no work done for 3 hours so I just took the car back. Next I had an appointment at 10am, dropped my car off at 9:45am. Told them I need the car back by lunch. I went to get the car at 1pm. I was barked at that they never called me that it was ready. I still left it there to have the inspection done. At 4 pm I checked back with them and it was just finished. This is bullshit. Horrible way to run a business especially when being held accountable is so important these days! VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER GOING BACK.

Listen up ladies, this one’s for you! I’ve found my forever mechanics in Farmingdale. What a great experience all around. I bought my car in for a slew of things that needed to be done and they were extremely honest and told me I didn’t need what I had originally been recommended by a previous not so honest mechanic. They could’ve done the work anyway and I would never had been the wiser but they didn’t and they have my forever customer loyalty. I highly recommend Chris and his amazing crew. A huge thank you. Ladies, they will take good care of you. 😊

I purchased a used car and brought it to AA Tire & Service to have their mechanics check it out. They shared that the car had been in an unreported accident that didn’t show up on the CarFax. I would have never noticed, but the hood was out of alignment. Thankfully, I was able to return the car. AA Tire and Service saved me from purchasing a car that could have had all sorts of issues.
