My car was in their shop a couple years ago. Only now am I starting to realize how shady of a job they did on my vehicle. My car was in there shop for 6 months. This was during the tail end of Covid so my Dashboard piece took a few months to get there, the timeline they gave me constantly changed. In hindsight stuff like this happens, I get it. but I think this is a good reason why I overlooked all of the short comings when I received my car back. First I’ll explain the things they did right. They accidentally sanded my black hub caps… So they ended up powder coating my rims free of charge. There was body damage on the vehicle not included in the accident (a slight dent I found when I was parked one day) they fixed it no questions asked. Oh and the lady at the front desk was a sweetheart, just trying to keep the boat afloat after 6 months. Now my original findings: I had aftermarket lights clearly visible underneath my interior trim. They drilled my passenger seatbelt right through it. Cheap lights not a big deal but obviously disappointing. They left plastic film in my airbag when replacing it, whenever I turned my wheel it sounded like a bag of chips was in the steering wheel. Not a big deal still but, definitely shotty work. They lost a cap that goes behind my steering wheel media controls. Honestly didn’t realize it was missing until a few months later. Now the bad stuff. Look I understand I never tried to reach out to them once this all happened but after 6 months to 2 years later and different insurance companies I thought it wasn’t worth the hassle. Oh boy it definitely would have been. 4 months after getting my car back my control arm snapped. Thought it was odd but paid my mechanic and carried on. My axle which was said to be replaced due to the accident was mangled back into place. There was physical hammer or bend marks when my local mechanic was forced to replace it a year later. Also my ball joint was not replace. This was also replaced about a year later after my wheel fell off driving one day. Now since my balljoint failed it also damaged my new axle. $3000 in total for both repairs. I will preface this again by saying I should have reached out to them. But after 6 months I started really seeing issues and I felt it was too late. And after not having my car for months on end and the amount that I was thrown through hoops I was definitely reluctant to lose it again. AAA-1 auto cut corners and gave me a temporary fix. I should have listened to those around me and traded it back into Jeep once the repairs were done. They took dangerous actions in repairing my car and now my 60k mile car (40k when they had it) is having repair bills similar to a 100k mile car. The front end of my car will never be the same. And I will almost feel guilty selling it. If you had serious work done by AAA-1 get the manifest of repairs and bring it to a local mechanic to overview EVERYTHING. And hold them accountable for short comings unlike myself. This should be a 1 start review. But for the sake of time and lack of communication on my end I’ll just leave my experience here as a learning lesson for others. Oh and accept the rental car right out of the gate. I originally declined after the initial month timeline. Then when I asked later on there was somehow “none available” and we’d need to “work on that” or “you’ll be getting your car back next week are you sure?”. If you see this review don’t buy a blue 2018 Jeep on a used lot. She comes with baggage.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This is my opinion after dealing with AAA-1 for 6 months. This place is a nightmare. They had my car for 6 months and kept making excuses until they ran out of lies. The repairs they did were terrible. They used seam sealer and paint to hide what they "fixed" poorly. They left spots unpainted that were already starting to rust. They bled the AC and never recharged it. They didn't bother to relearn the TPMS for a replacement tire and told me it would register on its own (which I discovered was yet another lie after a 10 second Google search). They scammed my insurance company by reusing broken pieces and billing for new. They left pieces off that were invoiced as replaced. They knew the car should have been totaled, but they bilked my insurance company out of thousands of dollars just so they could profit and leave me with a worthless vehicle that would eventually fail. The incompetence and malicious intent is staggering. The owner Mike is not to be trusted. His employees admitted this as well. Kenny can't be trusted either. He's either complicit in Mike's lies or simply apathetic towards them, but it makes his word as meaningless as the owner's. Amir seems authentic, but that doesn't make a difference when stacked against the rest of the staff's ineptitude. Long story, short, you're better off pushing your car off a cliff than using AAA-1 for any service. They cannot be trusted and should not be in business.

My car was in a fender bender and our Subaru dealer recommended AAAA-1 Auto Body for repairs. We went there and found them superior in every way. Mike, the owner, took charge and Maureen, Mike's administrative assistant, was our contact. Both were friendly, professional, competent. We were given a loaner while our car was being fixed and it served us well. We picked up our car yesterday and it looks like new inside and outside. Before they returned it to us they detailed it and I was astonished! This car hasn't been so shiny and clean since I bought it in 2019. I heartily recommend AAAA-1 Auto Body to everyone. They are top notch!
