Called AAA to have my envoy towed, and the tow guy was so nice and sweet! The friends who came to grab me had questions and he was willing to answer. They also had my car fixed so quickly and it runs like a dream! Thankful for them and I should’ve called the tow truck a lot sooner

Where to begin, family holiday gathering when we had a blow out on 74 W- Dale (driver #27) responded. After, driving my husband and I not to just 1 location but 2 locations for a tire center with no luck, and even tire ordered it would be Monday/Tuesday with us staying in NC, after by break down and feeling hopeless of having to get home in GA for to our dogs, and for Christmas. Dale our Guardian Angel offered to drive us again home with the car all the way to GA; here it is getting dark 7:00 p.m. he had been helping us for over 4 hours already, and with no hesitation piled us in his truck and headed to our home in GA to our fur babies, and home for Christmas. Spending over 6 hours together, we had great company - made it hime safely to our fur babies in time for their dinner. Dale our Guardian Angel saved our day, Christmas, and most of all .....my husband and my sanity. - Dale is a true asset to your company. So blessed he was dispatched to our call. I wish I could put more than 5 stars, he deserves more :) - Christmas bonus for sure!!!

I had the pleasure of having Dale come out and change our flat tire. He was very friendly and was so quick. The communication was spot on from the confirmation of the order to knowing when Dale would arrive. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again Dale.

I took my wife's KIA Forte to Ridgecrest Towing and Auto Service for the first time. I primarily went there, because it's an AAA Certified Auto Repair shop, & they have great reviews. I asked the owner, Derrick, as he was entering my info into his computer, did he give the discount for AAA members? He replied that he did. But when I was leaving after the work was completed on our KIA Forte, I looked over the receipt, & realized that Derrick had NOT given me the AAA discount. I know 10% is not a lot, but I was disappointed. I had driven from Canton NC to Ridgecrest Towing & Auto Service, which is 33 miles away.
