Fantastic above five star service! Wonderful staff member Rocky saved the day. My wife managed to pull two out of four tires off the rims by hitting a curb and parked the car in a parking structure where no tow truck would go. All the tire places were closed on a Sunday near Ann arbor except for Firestone. They had two brands of tires that would fit my vehicle. The least expensive 2 tires were going to be 800.00! Just for the tires not including mounting or labor. I called around and luckily found Rocky at Milan Family Auto. I told him my tire size over the phone and he said yeah he had some of those. "Come on over." Rocky had what I needed and took care of me right away for a very reasonable price. It's not easy, if at all, that you find honest hard-working people in the auto repair service industry. Thank you Milan family Auto. A special thank-you to Rocky for being so awesome.

Total scam avoid at all costs i wanted to buy some tires and went there no one around after I had called they will call/text you from a bunch of different #s then there is more then one person on the phone listening in. They are around more mi. Milan mi. Lansing mi. And Toledo oh. Nothing but a waste of time what a joke

Absolute scam. Had a problem, they came out to "fix" it, then said they would follow up. After 6 missed calls, 2 voice-mail, and texts, no response. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is a poor excuse of an establishment. Employees at this location not only harassed my boyfriend for shopping the market for tire repair (you know call a few places get a quote), questioning whether or not he could "afford" the cost of tires for a luxury vehicle and repeatedly calling him after he said he would be calling another place to get a different estimate, but in the poorest manner possible proceeded to call him a RACIAL SLUR because he wanted to do business at a tire shop closer to where he got a flat tire. This is how you treat the public? We are public. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO MILAN FAMILY AUTO.
