AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I was having a decent experience and Emilio was super professional in my opinion, UNTIL the last day when the attitude came out of no where as if the money for the parts were coming out of his paycheck otherwise this place would've gotten five stars easily for their hard work with my car. I do understand that this is a high stress job dealing with people but keeping the professional attitude all through a sale is important to business. I do believe I was nothing but professional and respectful with everyone there but when I was made to sit around for 48 hrs waiting instead of them telling me to come back another day this wasted time. I could've been working or doing something valuable with my time and business I run. I originally came to this location because Emilio was super kind on the phone and the reviews were good. I could've just went to a place in jersey where I live but this place popped up and I decided to give it a try. I am disappointed in how I was treated because work needed to be redone when this place supposedly honors warranties. Like I said, the attitude Emilio gave me at the end was disgusting and I will never ever come back due to this. I said thank you and left. please work on the customer service of your employees and make sure they get the necessary mental health breaks they need. I work with tons of people constantly so I get how overwhelming it can be but keeping a good energy from start to end of a sale or purchase experience is key to getting people in the door. Because of this poor attitude besides the fact I will not be back I cannot refer the 10s of people with cars I know to you guys for it is hard to find good mechanics. I will say to be fair the work that I needed was done at the end

I will definitely be recommending all my family and friends to bring their vehicle to Aamco for repairs. The service was fast and the workers are very polite. The staff keeps very great communication with you every step of the process of your vehicle being repaired! This will be my spot moving forward!! Thank you Hector so much for all your assistance!!

I took my car to this shop base off of reviews. Before I take my car anywhere when it the first time I do my research. (This shop stood out the most) when I took my car in for service the energy was good at this place .I explained my problem and situation. check and confirmed it...unfortunately a situation happened on my end but they was still very understanding and helpful.. Thank you again.. This place is highly recommended
