These guys did a great job on my 2013 Cadillac SRX. She runs like new! I’m very happy with their services ! Had to get my transmission rebuilt and repair one of my struts. They did an excellent job. Great communication (shout out to Cary)! Their pricing was very competitive and honest. I definitely recommend AAMCO in Temecula for car repair.

Horrible customer service. My mother paid a LOT of money to have her transmission replaced and we live 2 hrs away. We picked her car up and the battery cover was sitting on her seat, then on the fwy we heard 2 popping noises and the car felt super sluggish. Didn’t think much but the next day as we we trying to drive up a hill the car had no acceleration. We had to turn around and go home. Lucky we made it. When we called the shop to let them know we were told to bring the car in. No assistance. So we had to use our triple aaa to tow it over over 60 miles back. We were then told that a lot of things were missed and not out back together so they would fix it and the technician was getting fired. They offered NO compensation for their mistake. My mom had to tow the car herself and now she cannot use that many miles now for her tow because of them and they do not care. Do not use this company. We will never go here again. They are lucky we didn’t get in an accident going 20 mph up a hill that everyone was going 70 because the car couldn’t make it. If she had any more problems with her car we are suing. Absolutely ridiculous

I took my car in on Wednesday afternoon, around 12:30, to get it checked out because it would get stuck in neutral. They said I would need to leave it and they could get to it the next day, so I left it there. The next day, Thursday, at 3:00 PM I didn't hear from them so I gave them a call. They said they were busy and couldn't get to it and I would need to leave it there another day. I asked if they would be sure to get to it the next day and they couldn't guarantee that they could. So I went down and picked up my car because I didn't want it sitting there for who knows how long. I was disappointed in two things; the fact that they couldn't schedule a time the inspection could be done and second, that they couldn't call me to let me know that they couldn't get to it and I had to call them. Not the kind of customer service I'm looking for so I won't be going back.

Very pleased with the transmission service received here. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had full service: filter and new fluid. My car runs like new. Cary and Steve manage the place very well and hooked me up with a Sychrony CarCare, 6 months same as cash. Definitely deserve a Christmas bonus in July.

Went to get my transmission inspected for a leak. They were able to find the leak and recommend the work that needed to be done all within a day. Thank you Steve!
